MUSEUMS

Jewish settlement was established in Divišov before 1685. The synagogue, in which the museum is located, was built in the first half of the 19th century in the late classical style with an apse. The reconstruction of the building, which was completed in autumn 2004, was also financed by the European Union.

In Drahňovice, in the village square, you can see a small glass firefighting museum with a historical fire engine, firefighting equipment and uniforms.

The museum, housed in a baroque granary in the grounds of the Prak yard, offers a tour of carriages, sledges, ladder trucks, ploughs and other agricultural machinery and racing carts - simply everything that was once pulled or is still pulled by horses. It also includes a conference room.
