The cottages are located on large flat plots of land with direct access to the river on the left bank of the Sázava River. In this section of the river is one of the last possibilities of natural bathing in a clean and deep river, therefore this part of the river does not suffer from annual floods. This is appreciated not only by holidaymakers during their summer stays, but also by boaters and fishermen all year round.
